Comparison
knocknock vs SalesRabbit
SalesRabbit charges for every rep you hire. knocknock charges for the team. Here is what that difference costs in dollars, using both companies’ published rates.
Prices checked 22 August 2026 against each company’s public pricing page. Sources listed at the foot of this page.
The short answer. SalesRabbit is priced per user, starting at $49 per user per month on the Pro plan billed annually, or $59 per user per month on the Team plan billed monthly. knocknock is priced per team: $79 a month for up to three reps, $199 for up to ten, and $399 for unlimited reps.
A three rep crew therefore pays $147 a month for SalesRabbit Pro and $79 a month for knocknock. A ten rep crew pays $490 against $199. The gap widens with every rep hired, because one of the two prices moves and the other does not.
The exception is a single closer. One SalesRabbit seat at $49 a month is cheaper than knocknock’s $79 floor. knocknock only starts winning at two reps and up.
What a crew actually pays
SalesRabbit’s cheapest published rate is $49 per user per month on the Pro plan billed annually. That is the rate used below, because comparing against their more expensive monthly rate would flatter knocknock unfairly. On monthly billing SalesRabbit Pro is $75 per user, which makes every row worse.
| Crew size | SalesRabbit Pro | knocknock | Difference a year |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 closer | $49 | $79 | SalesRabbit saves $360 |
| 3 reps | $147 | $79 | knocknock saves $816 |
| 5 reps | $245 | $199 | knocknock saves $552 |
| 10 reps | $490 | $199 | knocknock saves $3,492 |
| 25 reps | $1,225 | $399 | knocknock saves $9,912 |
Those SalesRabbit figures are for the software alone. Four of its tools are sold as separate add-ons, also per user per month billed annually: DataGrid AI at $19, Weather at $19, Digital Contracts at $13 and Movers at $13. A ten rep crew that wants DataGrid AI adds $190 a month to the $490.
Why per rep pricing hurts a small crew
Per user pricing makes hiring a decision about software cost. A five rep crew looking at a sixth rep is looking at another $49 a month before that rep knocks a single door, and if the rep does not work out, the seat is often still on the invoice until the term ends.
That is fine for a company with a hiring budget and a finance team. It is a real friction for an owner who is deciding on a Thursday whether to bring on his cousin for the summer. knocknock’s plans are capped by rep count rather than billed by it, so hiring inside a plan costs nothing.
Contract length and refunds
SalesRabbit’s pricing page states, in its own FAQ, that it does contracts from one to three years, that a free trial is unavailable, and that it does not refund charges if you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle. knocknock is month to month, has a 14 day trial with no card, and yearly billing is optional rather than the cheap tier.
What SalesRabbit’s cheapest paid plan leaves out
Worth knowing before comparing the $59 Team plan to anything, because the plan most people price against is not the plan most people end up on. Per SalesRabbit’s own feature chart, the Team plan does not include:
- Amplify Gamification, which covers competitions, battles, achievements, the rewards store and scorecards
- The Scheduler
- API access
- Access to the 60 plus native integrations
All four sit on the Pro plan. If gamification is the reason you are buying SalesRabbit, the $59 tier is not the one you want, and the real comparison is the $75 monthly or $49 annual Pro rate.
Where SalesRabbit is the better buy
It is a bigger product with a bigger company behind it, and there are real reasons to choose it. Buy SalesRabbit rather than knocknock if you need:
- Gamification. Competitions and leaderboard mechanics as a managed system. knocknock has a leaderboard and nothing more.
- Homeowner and property data. DataGrid AI sells lead data. knocknock has no data product; you bring your own list.
- Digital contracts. Signed paperwork inside the CRM. knocknock does not do e-signature.
- A weather layer. Storm data for roofing and restoration crews chasing damage.
- A native integration marketplace. 60 plus connectors on Pro. knocknock offers CSV export and webhooks into HighLevel, Zapier or Make, which covers most cases but not all.
- Enterprise handling. A dedicated customer success manager, in-person training, an SLA and two factor authentication.
- One seat only. A solo closer pays less at SalesRabbit.
knocknock is a younger and deliberately smaller product. It does the daily loop of a door to door crew and stops there.

Questions
Is knocknock cheaper than SalesRabbit?
For teams of three or more reps, yes. Three reps cost $147 a month on SalesRabbit Pro at its cheapest published rate, against $79 on knocknock. For a single closer SalesRabbit is cheaper, $49 against $79.
Does SalesRabbit have a free trial?
No. SalesRabbit’s pricing page states that a free trial is unavailable and offers SalesRabbit Lite, a free version, instead. knocknock has a 14 day trial and does not ask for a card.
Do I have to sign a contract with knocknock?
No. Month to month is the normal way to pay and you can cancel whenever you like. Paying for a year is optional and gets you two months free.
Can I move my data out?
Yes. Every lead, contact and note exports to a spreadsheet at any time, including after you cancel, and new leads push straight into HighLevel, Zapier or Make.
What happens when my team grows past the plan?
Move up a plan and you are charged the difference. Nobody gets locked out halfway through a route because you hired someone.
Does knocknock work with no signal?
Yes. Doors logged with no signal are saved on the phone and sync the moment it reconnects. Logging the same door twice cannot create a duplicate.
Try it on one street
Fourteen days, no card, month to month after that. If the crew does not take to it, export everything and walk away.
